SHIPPING

We provide express shipping options worldwide at checkout but are able to offer alternatives if required. Express shipping is between 1-3 days dependent on region. For UK next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day (note that public holidays will vary). Unfortunately we cannot offer shipping to PO Box numbers or via BFPO. Please note that due to current Export controls being enforced across the Russian Federation, we are only able to offer a Parcel Force Global Priority service. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love and feel amazing in your Nichole de Carle London garments but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please follow our returns procedure.

Garments must be returned within 28 days of receipt in their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, in their original packaging. We will not issue an exchange or refund on any item that has been worn or marked. Therefore we ask that all briefs and bodywear be tried on over your own underwear. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any bespoke, customized, made to order, sale items or gift vouchers. If an exchange is requested and the replacement item is unavailable, one of our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you to offer assistance. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so we advise using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt, excluding delivery cost, using the original method of payment. Garments bought with a gift voucher may be exchanged only.
